Hello all you faithful and supportive fans! :)

I had a blast in Hollywood!  Meeting with Renita from Renita Casting was such an awesome experience.  Renita really liked my audition (this coming from someone who sees actors in and out of her office all day) and she had a lot of compliments and good suggestions for me.

I also had a great time getting my new headshots done.  The ones I've seen on the webisode look so amazing.  Shawn Smith (native Hollywood photographer) was so much fun to work with and Shiela did such a great job with my hair and make-up.  I felt so pampered, fabulous, and "famous." :)  I'm still waiting to get the CD of all the pictures taken at my photo shoot -- I hope they come soon so I can start using them and getting more paid work. :)

I have done some more local work since my big trip to Hollywood.  I did a couple of TV and radio voice-overs for a local flower shop for Mother's Day, and I've been cast in 3 different independent films that will be shot here in Indiana this summer.  I'd love to go back out to Hollywood for another audition -- hopefully I'll get another chance here in season two.  I'll keep you posted! :)
